• We will use the information you have provided for the purpose of scheduling bookings and manage our diary. Your contact details will be used to tell you about the swimming lessons your child is currently on, re-enrolments or announcements related to the lessons.

We aim to store your information accurately and no longer than when it is necessary. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email hello@happyswimming.co.uk

We will always handle your data in a way that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unlawful or unauthorised processing, access, loss, destruction or damage.

When registering for swimming lessons with Happy Swimming you will need to supply swimmers name, address, contact phone number, email address and any relevant medical conditions/history.

Happy Swimming will not share or sell this data with any third party unless where we are legally requested to and therefore required to do so. This is in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
